Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  If you are not happy with your case please Contact Us so we can help resolve your issue.  Our support team goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.


If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to process a return. Buyer is responsible for returning the case back to TamLi Prints to receive full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to TamLi Prints. In the event your package is lost or damaged we will replace your case at no cost. If there is a design error or printing error we will replace your product at no cost to you.

Replacement (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund.  Your replacement will be processed, and we will automatically notify you within 2-5 business days.
There is often some processing time before it is posted.

Warranty Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in returns where there was no defect.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary but will typically occur within 2-14 business days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
